This was a very nice 12 at the time of rebuild. The owner can no longer fly, would like to see this bird back in the air. The motor was port, polished and freshly overhauled right before he quit flying. He used pickling oil to preserve the engine, but an inspection is warranted. A thorough annual inspection and maybe a few housekeeping items would put this aircraft back in the air.
